Connect Snapchat to Trackful to send your conversions via the Conversions API, server-side, with hashed customer data.

Connect Snapchat

From the Trackful dashboard, open the Snapchat page. You can connect the channel in two ways:

• One-click connect (OAuth, recommended): authorize Trackful with no key copy-pasting.
• Manual setup: paste your Pixel ID and a Conversions API token.

After connecting, select the asset (pixel / account) to use, send a test event to confirm delivery, then toggle the channel on.

Verify tracking

• Send a test event from the Snapchat page.
• Check delivery in your ad platform's Events Manager.
• Once confirmed, leave the channel on for continuous tracking.

How it works

• Conversions are uploaded server-side, which bypasses browser blocking.
• The customer's personal data (email, phone) is hashed before sending.
• Server-side tracking complements the client-side pixel for more reliable attribution.
