Tracking is not showing up
Your conversions are not appearing in the dashboard? Follow this checklist in order to identify the most common cause.
Verification checklist
- Installation and provisioning: check that the app is installed and that your store is properly provisioned.
- Tracking client active
- On Shopify: the Web Pixel is active and the Click Tracker theme embed is enabled.
- On WooCommerce: the Trackful plugin is active.
- Ad channel connected AND toggled on: at least one channel must be connected and its toggle switched on. Connecting alone is not enough if the channel is not turned on.
- Consent granted: the visitor must have granted consent (
ad_user_data) so that data can be sent. - Event quota: make sure you have not exceeded your plan's event quota.
- Processing delay: allow a few minutes for server-side processing before concluding that tracking is missing.
Confirm delivery
From a channel page, send a test event to confirm that delivery works end to end.
