Tracking is not showing up

Your conversions are not appearing in the dashboard? Follow this checklist in order to identify the most common cause.

Verification checklist

  1. Installation and provisioning: check that the app is installed and that your store is properly provisioned.
  2. Tracking client active
    • On Shopify: the Web Pixel is active and the Click Tracker theme embed is enabled.
    • On WooCommerce: the Trackful plugin is active.
  3. Ad channel connected AND toggled on: at least one channel must be connected and its toggle switched on. Connecting alone is not enough if the channel is not turned on.
  4. Consent granted: the visitor must have granted consent (ad_user_data) so that data can be sent.
  5. Event quota: make sure you have not exceeded your plan's event quota.
  6. Processing delay: allow a few minutes for server-side processing before concluding that tracking is missing.

Confirm delivery

From a channel page, send a test event to confirm that delivery works end to end.
