Event quota and usage

Each Trackful plan includes a monthly allowance of tracked events. This article explains what counts as an event, how to monitor your usage and when to upgrade.

How the quota works

Each plan includes a monthly quota of tracked events. This quota resets every month, at the start of each billing cycle.

The exact allowance for each plan is listed on the pricing page.

What counts as an event

An event is an action tracked by Trackful, for example:

  • Visitor events: a tracked visitor landing on your store (with their click IDs such as gclid or fbclid).
  • Conversion events: a purchase or another valuable action sent to your ad platforms.

In short, every tracked interaction passed to the conversion pipeline counts toward your monthly quota.

Monitor your usage

Your current usage is shown in your dashboard. There you can see how many events have been tracked in the current month against your quota.

As you approach the limit, Trackful shows a warning so you can act in time and avoid any interruption in tracking.

When to upgrade

If you consistently exceed your plan's quota, upgrading to a higher plan is recommended. That way you keep full tracking, without losing any events or conversions.
