Trackful offers several plans that fit the size of your store and your tracking needs. You start with a free trial, then choose the plan that works best for you.
Available plans
Trackful comes in four plans:
- Starter: to get started with server-side tracking on a growing store.
- Growth: for stores scaling up in volume that want more channels.
- Pro: for established brands with advanced attribution needs.
- Enterprise: for high volumes and the most demanding requirements.
Each plan includes a monthly event allowance and a set of features. Higher plans add capabilities such as more ad channels, identity resolution and priority support.

Free trial
You get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can test Trackful and connect your channels before committing to anything.
Billing depends on your platform
How you are billed depends on your platform:

| Shopify | Handled through Shopify's own billing (charges appear on your Shopify invoice). |
| WooCommerce | Handled through Stripe. |
Change or cancel your plan
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
