Installing the plugin

Trackful for WooCommerce is a lightweight WordPress plugin. It is a data-capture client: the tracking logic itself runs on the Trackful servers.

Requirements

Before installing, make sure your store meets these requirements:

Install and activate the plugin

1. In the WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Select the Trackful plugin ZIP file, then run the install. (Once the plugin is published on the marketplace, you will also be able to install it directly from there.)
3. Click Activate.

On activation, the plugin automatically registers itself with the Trackful backend and receives its own API key. Requests are authenticated with an API key and an HMAC signature, so there is no key to copy or paste by hand.

How orders are captured

The plugin captures orders through direct WooCommerce PHP hooks. This approach is reliable and immediate, unlike REST webhooks that can silently disable themselves after repeated failures. Your conversions are therefore sent consistently.
